  • Love Bug Ball

    Love was in the air during our Love Bug Ball!  The children had a great time dancing to 'tunes' supplied by our resident DJ Mr Dennett.  The children joined in with lots of games and dance competitions.
  • Whole School trip to Jack and the Beanstalk Pantomine

    On Wednesday 18 December the whole school went to the pantomime at Southport theatre.  The children thoroughly enjoyed the show, and particularly liked Simon, Jack's younger brother. 
  • I'm Gonna Shine!

    On Friday 6th December the whole school take part in our Nativity 'I'm Gonna shine!'.  Most of the children had lines to learn as well as learn the words and actions to the songs.  Many parents and friends of the school said it was the 'BEST SHOW EVER!!!'

     

    Thanks to all the children and staff for working so hard and making they year Nativity performance so successful!

  • Ormskirk Street Pastor's Visit

    Ormskirk Street pastor came to talk to the children about their work with young people.  They presented every child with a gift and even gave a goodie box of chocolate, biscuits, tea, coffee and paper hankies to the staff.  Thank so much for the hard work and support you give in the community.
  • Poppy Appeal

    Every morning children from class 3 have been selling poppies, and other Poppy Appeal merchandise such as slap bands, plastic poppies and badges.  this year we raised £90.05.  Well Done Everyone!
  • Raising Money for Children In Need!

    School Council suggested that we raise money for Children In Need by having a pyjama day. The children loved wearing their pyjamas and enjoyed a feast of hot chocolate and toast! One child commented it was 'their best day ever and can we wear our pyjamas everyday!'.  Other children commented about how warm and cosy wearing their pyjamas were!  Even the teachers enjoyed the the opportunity to wear their comfy pyjamas and slippers for the day!
